2025 Fall season

Directions to register:

Complete the Google Form by clicking on the button above. Please complete a separate form for each athlete.
Pay for your registration by clicking on the Payments tab on the website and completing our online payment option.
Registration will close on August 10, 2025.

Eligible Athletes: Students in grades 1-6 for 2025/2026 school year

Length of Season: 8 weeks (late August - October)

Practices: Twice a week (mainly Mondays/Wednesdays) on the turf field at Conestoga Valley High School.

Games: 5 play days throughout the season. We will have 2 games each day. Game dates: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/18, 10/25 (makeup)

Equipment Needed: Stick, shin guards, mouth guard, and appropriate athletic attire and footwear are required to play. Each athlete will receive a team t-shirt with registration.

Teams: Grades 1 & 2; Grades 3 & 4; Grades 5 & 6

Cost: $80/1st athlete; $70/2nd athlete; $60/any additional athletes in family
